It seems the catbirds have discovered the bird feeder and are now competing with the doves, buntings, and jays for food. I thought catbirds were insectivores. Maybe they are waiting for rainy season when more insects are avaliable. I noticed them foraging in the lantana plants...possibly eating berries?
