To see Fl. Scrub Jays in S. Fl. , a reliable place is on the Palm Beach-Martin Cty. line. From Miami, I-95 north to the Indiantown rd. exit (Rt.706), go east to US1 and then north about 3 miles to County Line Rd. Go left(west) at the signal for about 2.5 miles while the road makes a curve to the right. There is a large white satelite dish(?) on the right. Just beyond this is County Line Park. Park near the tennis courts and check out the area; I have found 2 or 3 scrub jays on every visit since Nov.2004.
