Geez! What a dilema! If I had my druthers, I'd bird the Gomex-Farias area of Tamaulipas State in Northeast Mexico. I'd concentrate on the El Cielo Biosphere Reserve especially. It's just a 150 miles or so south of the Rio Grande Valley. Read about it here:
