Loki is the norse god of mischief that stirs up discontent and discord and confusion, usually among the other gods.
So, the Loggerhead Kingbird, being where it is not supposed to be is labeled with the acronym LOKI and has all serious bird watchers running around. Looks like mischief to me. Maybe they all got together in Cuba and said, "Let's have a little sport and make for a lot of carbon footprints."
