White-crowned Pigeon

I am planning a trip to Bal Harbour first week of May and am looking for White-crowned Pigeon. Can anyone suggest a very reliable location and hints on how to see this bird. I tried a few years ago at Pennechamp and could not find one.

Ps. Also will be looking for parakeets/parrots. I understand Susan Epps is not in your area anymore. Anyone have suggestions on where to see some of these birds.
