Here are some of the better birds seen on my area of the Miami-Dade Christmas Bird Count. Bruce Purdy and Jill Rosenfield were participants with me. We started at 6:30 am, I finished at 4:00 pm Bruce may have seen some additional birds.

YELLOW WARBLER 1
American Goldfinch 7
Dusky-headed Parakeet 14
Peach-fronted Parakeet 1
Mitred Parakeet 20
Red-fronted Parakeet 2
Orange-winged Parrot 20
Aratinga sp. 18 too high and too dark too I.D.
Common Myna about 16
Short-tailed Hawk 1, light morph.

These are the birds that I can think of for now, if I remember others or if Bruce or Jill remember others I will post them.
