Happy St Pats day birders!!! At Green Cay, Del ray the Shiny Cowbird (adult male) was seen at 9:30 AM and 11:15 AM. The bird feeds on the ground at the feeder to the left on boardwalk near Nature Center. feed for approx. 10 minutes and leaves. Be patient.
Also, the Eared Grebe was present close to the Nature Center on the Nort side along the weeds and near the walk. Bird is not molting yet.
The TAS group was out on the walks, Im not sure if they were lucky enough to get these birds.
Following birding, Corned beef and a Guiness topped off the morning.
