Unfortunately, the Grassquit has not been seen at Eco Pond since Monday, but this morning a Bell's Vireo was spotted by Larry Manfredi. It was along the road in front of Eco Pond at about 9:30am. Several others saw the bird, including myself but we were unable to get photos. It was more active than the nearby White-eyed Vireos, it had a thin wing bar and a light spectacle, and the lores were no darker than the rest of the head. Above it was light gray, and the underparts were lighter with a pale yellow wash along the sides.
