The accuracy of PaulB sanctions on a bird identity are directly proportional to the quality of the drink he has.

Miller lite........not valid
Water..............not vaild
Corona.............only if there has been at least two
Bud light..........highly reliable
Heinekens..........highly reliable
Coors..............ehh, asi asi

and so forth. Also, and this is very important, if he celebrates before he sees the bird you have real problems. If he celebrates after he sees the bird then he must be able to tell which side is "up". Easy enough? Hope this answers the important question. By the way, what's a lagerhead kingbird? Is that a cross between a loggerhead shrike and a keg?
