The bill in the first photo looks weird because it looks curved. This is wrong for a normal Shiny Cowbird, but I still think that after looking at the other photos, that it is a female Shiny Cowbird. It looks like the upper part of the bill is longer than the lower part which makes it look weird.
I have posted a photo of a female Shiny Cowbird from my feeders with a normal bill.
