The bird certainly appears to be a Shiny Cowbird, based on size, plumage, and wholly blackish bill. The apparent strongly decurved bill shown in the first photo is not as pronounced in the other photos, and probably was just a "quirk" of the angle.
As far as the age of the cowbird; it's either an adult female or a juvenile; I don't feel qualified to go farther than that on the basis of a few photos.
