Yesterday while heading to pick up some friends from MAST Acadamy, I saw an adult Bonaparte's Gull fly across the largest bridge (Powell Bridge?). It was heading north, and probably could have been seen from the Rusty Pelican Restaurant. There was also a Great Black-backed Gull sitting on the bridge over Government Cut.
I was also surprised to see a Wood Stork fly over the Little River in El Portal yesterday, as well as courting Cooper's Hawks in Miami Shores.
