I only had a little while to bird this morning so I headed to Lucky Hammock and found the Yellow Cardinal and looked for the Chat, but didn't see him the first time around.

I then headed to Royal Palm to take photos. I saw Brian and the rest of the TAS walk group, but couldn't hang out with them they were heading in as I was going out.

Not much out of the ordinary there, but I did see two Great Crested Flycatchers and one Brown Crested Flycatcher. It was calling and I saw it briefly. I'm sure it was the same one Robin reported the other day.

I headed over to Research Road and found Robins and Waxwings bathing in a spot about 1/4 mile past the Boy Scout camp. I was able to get some of my first close up photos of waxwings. Yea...

On my way back home I stopped again to look for the Chat and finally had a brief look. I also stopped by the Scissor-tail spot off 217th and found one lonely looking Scissor-tail and I got a distant look at a White Tailed Kite. I to see one of those up close.
