Green Cay is on Hagen Ranch Road (one major road west of Powerline/Jog Rd.) north of Lake Ida Road.
Easiest access is from 95 exit Atlantic Blvd in Delray, go west to either Jog or Hagen Ranch and head north. The entrance is directly across from the Palm Beach County utilities complex (where there is great warbler/oriole birding, BTW around the lake). Look for signs on the east side of Hagen Ranch, right in the middle of dozens of new pretentious developments. You won't need a scope at all. The Eared Grebe is very accessible, but you may need to chase him along the boardwalk. When approaching the Nature Center, just look to the north at the large open water area and try to spot his usual companions (PB grebes, Scaup).
