I live within a few miles of Okeeheelee, and go there on a regular basis. It's a very large park, so there are no "hot" spots other then the famous feeder. Last time I was there, the buntings made an appearance, along with a brown thrasher, catbird, and alot of doves. If your looking for Wood Ducks, as already mentioned, you wont be dissappointed. Also, there is a fenced in deer compound where you will find a Sandhill Crane with the deer. Its also a good place for Screech and Great Horned Owls. I have also seen a flock of Flickers there in the past. It would also be worthwhile to stop at nearby John Prince Park, a guarenteed spot for Limpkins. Best of luck!
