We had another great day at STA5 !
Thanks to Vince and Margaret , we saw lots of great birds-Eagles, Snail Kites, Bitterns,Sora, Snipe and lots of other great birds.
One of the birds we saw was this banded spoonbill.
A very nice man in our group put his equally nice scope on the bird for me and I swear the orange band said ED!! Twice.
(I kept an eye out for his brothers Bob and Bill but never found them among the other spoonies)
I do have a picture that can be enlarged to see the band letters,that I can forward to whomever is tracking these guys.
I would think that anyone more photoshop saaavy than I (wich means everyone) would be able to read the letters. There is definitely an E there.
