The male, black-backed Western Spindalis was refound by Mark Berney at about 11 AM today at Evergreen Cemetery in Ft. Lauderdale, and was seen by several birders, including myself, Paul Bithorn and Andy Bankert. The bird was seen in trees bordering the neighborhood at the northern end of the cemetery, but could be viewed from inside the cemetery.
