I visited the ABA website tonight. I last checked it in October. One change I noticed was the checklist committee report that was posted there last week. I figured it would mostly ratify the AOU changes and include rulings on various sightings. However, they've also decided to consider the Yellow-chevroned Parakeet established and countable, so that both forms of the former Canary-winged Parakeet are now countable.
That's two armchair lifers this year (Black-crested Titmouse was the other).
