DUMP MARSH-A White Pelican with a bright yellow tag-279 black numbers was spotted with 6 others. Three Black-necked Stilts (slightly out of season), Northern Shovelors and Red-breasted Mergansers standing on rocks and in flight for great views.
CUTLER WETLANDS-nothing outstanding but nice groups of shorebirds-Yellowlegs and Dowitchers.
CASTELLOW HAMMOCK=female Painted Bunting at the feeder. A nice mixed flock of warblers including Black-throated Green, Prairie, N. Parula, Black and White. A dark Short-tailed Hawk flew over low to the hammock. Lots of hummingbirds but all Ruby-throated.
