As Bill suggested, it's a 1st-winter male Baltimore Oriole. Notice how it is beginning to acquire the dark head.
Two obvious clues that it is not a Spot-breasted are the absence of yellow or orange lesser and median wing covets (the orange epaulets) and the overall dusky head.
