Birding has been slow the past week in Bill Baggs Cape Florida State Park. Usual wintering birds: Osprey, American Kestrel, Belted Kingfisher, Eastern Phoebe, Blue-gray Gnatcatcher, Gray Catbird, House Wren, Prairie, Palm Warblers, and Common Yellowthroat.

Additional birds of interest: Broad-winged Hawk, Sharp-shinned Hawk, Great Crested Flycatcher, Ruby-crowned Kinglet, White-eyed Vireo, Barn Swallow, Northern Parula, Nashville, Black-throated Blue, Yellow-rumped, Black-and-white, American Redstart, Ovenbird and Painted Bunting.
