It's an Egyptian Goose, commonly found in waterfowl collections and wandering around loose.
If you look too quickly at the plates in Madge and Burn, you might think it's an Orinoco Goose. However, the other of birds on the plates doesn't match the order in the text of the facing page. Several of the plates in Madge and Burn have this problem.
