Everglades NP highlights

While birding at Everglades NP on 12-18/19, several other birders approached me to report any interesting sightings on this report(particularly for the CBC). After arriving back in Ohio I finished by data for the trip. Here are some of the more interesting sightings.
Eco Pond:
Barn Owl - (12/18-19)one bird/dived on a Red-shouldered Hawk at dusk.
Dunlin - (12/18) 10
Black-bellied Plover - (12/18) one bird
Northern Shovelers - (12/18-19) 15 birds
Short-billed Dowitchers - (12/18-19) 5 birds
Reddish Egret - (12/18-19) one juvenile
Flamingo:
Black Skimmers and American White Pelicans -(12/19) over 50 of each
Caspian Terns - (12/19) over 30
Royal Tern - (12/19) one bird
Snake Blight Trail
Indigo Bunting - (12/19) 5 birds
Common Ground Dove - (12/19) 4 birds on trail
Bald Eagle - (12/19) one immature
Pinelands Trail
Ruby-crowned Kinglets - (12/19) three in thickets
Yellow-throated Warbler - (12/19) one in pine
Gumbo Limbo Trail on 12/19
One each of Great Crested Flycatcher, Orange-crowned Warbler, Northern Parula, Black-and-white Warbler.
Anhinga Trail
American Bittern - (12/18) one bird
Black-crowned Night-Heron - (12/18) two birds
Lincoln's Sparrow - (12/19) one bird
Short-tailed Hawks - (12/18-19) one dark and one light phase both days
Cooper's Hawk - (12/18) one adult flying bird in pursuit of prey
Pa-hay-okee Overlook
Glossy Ibis - (12/19) at least 4 birds
Also several Loggerhead Shrikes and many wading birds including Roseate Spoonbills and Wood Storks. No partridges in pear trees however; Merry Christmas.
