John,et al.,

The Bronzed Cowbirds are usually reliable late in the afternoon along the Red Road Canal in Hialeah north of W. 49th St. (N.W. 103rd St.) to W. 68th St.(N.W. 122nd St.) They usually forage in the grass along the canal banks but can also be in the residential area on the powerlines on the east side of Red Road. Red Rd. is W. 4th Ave. in Hialeah and N.W. 57th Ave. in Opa-Locka. My office is nearby and I would be glad to join you in the search. Also, Common Mynas are abundant in the parking lot behind the Picadilly Cafeteria.E-mail me at pblifeisgood@hotmail.com if you are interested. Life is good................... finding a first record for the Miami-Dade CBC. We also have the only record of Great Horned Owl for the CBC in an abandoned blimp hangar at Opa-locka Airport many mango seasons ago.
