Exit 81 Turnpike, water basin is the site for a large flock (125-200) ring neck ducks. Because of construction in the area viewing is awkward but available since the fences are all down. There are two employee parking lots next to the water area. 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM is best sun. The flocks are mixed with some coots.
