I saw the little gal or guy on last Friday and it was definitely an Eared Grebe, maybe. I showed the photos to my wife and she agrees it is an Eared Grebe. One of these days I will learn how to transfer the digital images to this chat room. Sorry! Anyway why do birds not follow fish in easy ID's? A 2 inch or a 20 pound Redfish male or female winter or summer all look the same.
