Found one Franklin's Gull at the Black Point Jetty this afternoon. It was with a bunch of other gulls, of which there are more than a few around. Only other gull species I saw were Laughing, Ring-billed, and Herring. There were several groups of Red-breasted Mergansers on the water.
On the way out, I saw a Ruby-crowned Kinglet. They are almost as common as Bell's Vireos this year.
Where's the Eider???
