Trey and I gave Lucky Hammock a quick look this morning in search of sparrows. We found many, and also found at least two, probably three Bell's Vireos. The first was seen east of Lucky Hammock next to the sparrow field. We walked over to the west side of Lucky and found....another Bell's Vireo. Now, there's a chance that this was the same bird that flew over. We then went to the Annex and found....another Bell's Vireo!! There's no way this is the same bird seen at Lucky a couple minutes before. The sparrow field area was fairly birdy, but we each had Turkey Day stuff to attend to and we left early. A partial list of some of the birds follows. Happy Thanksgiving everyone!
