Finally, Northern Gannets are moving offshore. I observed singles the past 2 weeks but larger flocks (30-35 birds) are now motoring south. I estimate >90% are young birds.

On Crandon Beach there are now 12 Lesser Black-backed Gulls with ~5 adults. Adult Ring-billed and Herring Gulls are filtering in.

In Bill Baggs Cape Florida SP a FOS American Robin showed up and Yellow-rumped Warblers still number >400. For the past 10 days, a House Finch has been seen/heard by Michelle Davis and/or me. This is an unusual bird for the park and I believe that it may be using feeder(s) in the Village.
