Cinammon Teal?

I need help in identifying the Cinammon Teal. I was looking for it at Viera Wetlands, and think I saw the female sitting with some Blue Wing Teal. She had the red eye. Is this the field mark to look for? Is there another Blue Wing Teal like duck with the red eye? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
