Mary Lou and I took an Elderhostel Cruse to Coast Rica and Panama this past January and February. While not specifically a birding trip, the guides were very knowledgable and we birded nearly every day, identifying 114 species, of which 72 were new to me (we had many unidentified/heard only and misses, shich would not have happened as often on a birding tour).
