I went to Sadowski again this evening at 5:15 pm to let my daughter play and
to try good for photos of the Bell's Vireo. I saw the Bell's immediately upon
looking. It was near the feeders but didn't give me opportunity to photograph it
today. There were many Painted Buntings and other birds in the area.
List:
Prairie
Black & White
Common Yellow Throat
Yellow Throated
Tennessee
Chestnut Sided
BT Blue
Magnolia
BT Green
Painted Buntings
Indigo Bunting
Ruby Throated Hummingbird
Bell's Vireo
White-eyed Vireo
Red-eyed Vireo
All were seen sitting in one spot waiting for a photo of the Bell's Vireo. Toe showed up and walked the park and may have a few birds to add to the list. It wasn't a good day for photography, but I tried different things with a flash to
get a few descent photos...
Black-throated Blue
Painted Bunting - female
Prairie Warbler
Painted Bunting - male
