the ENP newly formed birding club visited Lucky Hammock and the Annex this morning and saw many (but not all... :o( ) of the birds Michelle Davis previously mentioned. For the LH records, a Prothonotary and Blackburnian warbler were both seen in the Hammock proper. A Summer Tanager was "pick-a-tuck"ing in the Annex too. Judging from Noel Wamer's site (www.badbirdz.com), little to no migration took place last night...this could mean birds are piling up at our local hotspots- GET OUT THERE!
