Since there were a few good bird seen this morning close to home, I decided
to go hunting. My first stop was Matheson Hammock to look for the Golden-wing
Warbler. I walked the park on the west side of Old Cutler and only saw a few
warblers and 3 of the Blue Grosbeaks that were seen this morning, no Golden
Wing. Rock-n-Robin looked in the location described for the Golden-wing Warbler,
also with no luck.

Then off to Sadowski to look for the Bell's Vireo. I walked the Hammock trail
in reverse and about 200 feet east of the bird feeders I found a small mixed
flock with the Bell's Vireo. The flock also contained a Red-eyed, Parula, male
and female BT Blue, Wormeating, Ovenbird and Prairie warblers. I was unable to
get a photo. I was looking into the sun and just as I put the camera on the
Bell's it moved and then moved again and again... I chased the bird towards the
bird feeders and without realizing it I took a photo of the Bells Vireo in a
shrub next to the feeders. It was getting dark and  I just saw a bird and
took a photo; when I got home I realized that it was the Bell's Vireo.

I also saw the Rufous Hummingbird again as I was leaving.
