Late Friday afternoon,September 6, A.D. Barnes Park in West Miami showed flashes of a fallout by harboring the following species:

Swainson's Warbler - 1
Kentucky Warbler - 1
Prairie Warbler - 10
Yellow Throated Warbler - 3
Worm-eating Warbler - 1
Northern Parula - 5
Black-throated Blue Warbler - 1
American Redstart - 2
Ovenbird - 3

Other birds seen..

White-crowned Pigeon - 1
Chuck-wills-widow - 1
Blue-gray Gnatcatcher - 15
Red-eyed Vireo - 5
Yelow-throated Vireo - 1
Great-crested Flycatcher - 1 (heard not seen)

The Swainson's and Kentucky Warbler were seen along the path in the woods south of the swimming pool. Life is good........especially when seeing the ground warbler perfecta. A Red Stripe Lager was quaffed as a celebratory libation. As a footnote you may want to pass by Manfredi Marsh if in the area. Had an American Avocet, White-rumped Sandpiper and Black Tern there on Labor Day
