I can see why it could be an Acadian, but the fact fact it's eye ring seems a little too bold is throwing me off. Of course, I have been wrong before, and the heavy hitters are calling this an Acadian, so...
Lets just call it a Willow Ptarmigan and leave it at that. Dave might agree.
