Mary Lou ad I arrived at the Bill Robertson Center at about 8:15 AM and immediately found the wheatear in the mowed fiels to the NW of the building. It explored the piles of cut grass, sometimes flying between them. It also spent quite a bit of time on the large grassy mound directly north of the driveway. A Northern Mockingbird harrased the wheatear several times, causing it to fly to perches in the wooded area to the north of the field, but it would immediately return to the lawn. I took several digiscope photos with my primitive equipment, but none of the images even approached the quality of those already on exhibit here.
