There is a flock of 13. A pair stays around Kennedy Park in Coconut Grove. Quite a few hang out near the University of Miami, another pair in CocoPlum . Pre Wilma , there was an active nest in Fairchild. Now there is one further down on Old Cutler. They prefer borrasis palms but will build nests in dead large royals.
