Over 25 birders joined the Matheson/Fairchild walk this morning. We found decent numbers of warblers today (10 species), but some of the local specialites seemed absent. Birds found included the following

White Ibis

Red-shouldered Hawk
Common Moorhen
White-winged Dove
Yellow-chevroned Parakeet
Common Nighthawk
Chimney Swift
Downy Woodpecker
Pileated Woodpecker
Eastern Kingbird
Gray Kingbird
Yellow-throated Vireo
Red-eyed Vireo
Black-whiskered Vireo
Blue-gray Gnatcatcher
Northern Parula
Cape May Warbler
Black-throated Blue Warbler
Yellow-throated Warbler
Prairie Warbler
Black-and-white Warbler
American Redstart
Worm-eating Warbler
Ovenbird
Common Yellowthroat
Blue Grosbeak
