After being thrown off the Roth Sod Road last weekend by a caretaker on the property to the west, who threatened to call the sheriff, I did some homework.
I talked to the Palm Beach County Right of Way Department, and also to a very nice lady at Roth Farms, and received consistent information.
The real name of the road is Glade View Rd. There used to be a sign, but it blew away during Wilma. This is a public road, 3.9 miles long, maintained by Palm Beach County. It was established in 1925. The property to the east is Roth Farms, to the west, Star Farms. As a public road, we can use it (but not, of course, any spurs that intersect with it.)
I also learned that the first mile and a half of Duda Road is also county maintained and public. No need to tremble in our boots any more when someone says "Duda".
