Great pictures Trey! I'm glad you and Toe got out for some birding. I have to agree with this "Shorebird???" fella, your bird's not a Semi (sounds better than SESA, IMO, LOL). Westerns are showing up in basic plumage (we saw some in the sod farm trip), they acquire it in late August/early September. Semis acquire it in October, same as the Leasts. Do you think the bird's leg color is a lighting effect? The plumage is right for a Western (not to mention the bill), but those legs...it could be a Least with quite a bit of white on its throat. Best bird photos in town...hands down...now go get me a Bairds!!!
