I still have quite a few Bronzed Cowbirds coming to my feeders as well as a couple of Shiny Cowbirds. About three weeks ago I counted 33 Bronzed Cowbirds!! This could be a record for the state of Florida or the whole east coast of the U.S. I may have had even more but they were scared away by roofers working on the roof before I could count more, there were at least a dozen this morning. Almost all of the birds are immatures a few adults are mixed in. My guess is that Red-winged Blackbirds are the host bird in my area.

I had 6-Upland Sandpipers on Sunday north of 9336 and west of 217 ave. These birds were about 1-mile north of 9336 in the plowed farm fields. We also had 3-Pectoral Sandpipers and a Spotted Sandpiper, the rains yesterday should help bring more birds.
