We tried but it dove before we got close. We could see it about 20 feet below the boat, but it didn't surface. Trey did photograph one on 12/3 of last year and that photo is probably still up. The one on this trip was about twice as big as the one in December, in the 1,000 lb. range. Thanks for comments.
