I rubbernecked a couple of Upland Sandpipers at about 55mph today on my way into Everglades National Park. They were on the north side of 9336 just past 217th. When I stopped and scanned, there turned out to be at least 13 in the fields between 217th and the park entrance. This is a little over a week earlier than I first saw them last year in the exact same spot.
