Arrived home yesterday (in Kendall) to a Shrike trying to get to the very panicked Zebra Finches in their cage. Was very persistent and would return everytime I shooed it away. Finally had to remove the cage (in front of the house). Also have been regularly seeing white-crowned pigeons near Indian Hammocks park. Sometimes chasing each other. Also witnessed two desperate Collared Doves desperately and bravely trying to chase off a Crow away from their nest. The Crow eventually got to the chick and flew away with it in its beak.
