This site is located in south Dade in the Cutler Ridge area. Take the Turnpike to SW 216th street and go east. Turn right on Old Cutler Road and left onto 224 St. The wetlands will be on your right on 224 St. after passing the apartment complex. You can park on the side of the road along either 224 St. or when it curves into 97 Ave, depending where the best view will be. The Black-bellied Ducks were located directly south of the fenced control box along 224 St, but I went by this morning and didn't see them. I plan to go by tomorrow and check it out again. This place seems to get birds on and off, so you never know what you'll find. I will post whether I see them or not. Good luck.
