A Clapper Rail strutted in front of my truck Tuesday at about 6:40am. He was a few hundred feet in front of the entrance booth at Homestead Bayfront Park. 45 minutes later a Clapper was calling out on Old Rhodes Key (between Elliot and Key Largo). Always nice to see and hear Clappers down here, I wish there were more.
