Alex,
the pattern is all wrong for Burmese Python, a huge problem now in the Everglades, but it is right for Florida Banded Watersnake, your first choice. Unfortunately we have a breeding population(s) of Burmese Pythons spanning at least three counties. Keep your eyes peeled.
