How do you get past the lack of sufficient white on chest, wing and head to support even a juvenile osprey? And isn't Mahogany Hammock environ just a little out of the area for ospreys, especially if they are juvenile? There are water bodies around but Flamingo is more productive of food sources. And what ranking does territory have....i.e. I report that I saw a penguin on the banks of Mississippi...the report would be suspect since that is not generally where you find penguins. Are there field rules for weighted aspects, such as time of year, height, local, veteran spotter, et?
