Georgiana, this happens a lot at golf courses because golf courses are ALL over the place! Thousands of square miles throughout the U.S. of potential habitat for wildlife are now country clubs. The birds WERE nesting, and it just seems to me that certain people must've felt that they were 'in the way'. But as I told Marci, I wasn't there to really know what happened.
